Attendance: Report your child's absence(s)

Please choose one of the two following procedures for reporting absences:

Parent - Go to the Bak Attendance: Click here to report your child’s absence(s) page under the "School Info" section. Complete and submit the form.

And/or - To report the absences via a parent note or submit a doctor’s note, please have your child do the following:

Students must place documents in the metal strong box located to the right of the blue Student Services door. The document must include the student's first & last name, I.D. #, grade level, parent contact phone number and signature, date(s), and reason for the absence(s). Attach a doctor’s note when applicable.
