Curtain Calls - Morning and After-School Programs

Morning Program (AM): Monday - Friday 

Begins Monday, August 10, 2026 and ends on May 27, 2027 - The morning program begins at 7:00 am and
ends at 8:00 am. Students “sign-in” at Student Services and will proceed to the media center or cafeteria.
Homework assistance is available. Breakfast is free for all students. Breakfast begins at 7:45 am.

After-School Program (PM): Monday - Thursday (NO AFTER SCHOOL on FRIDAYS) 

Begins Monday, August 24, 2026 and ends on Thursday, May 20, 2027 - The Afternoon Program begins at 3:30 pm and ends at 5:30 pm. Each student is provided a snack and drink.

Schedule: Homework (45 minutes to one hour) / Other Required Activities and then choice Activities (all activities end by 5:15 pm)

Below are some activities:

• Recreational games & board games
• Robotics
• Arts and Crafts
• Dance
• Step Team (May be available for sign-up and/or audition)

Student Dismissal and Sign-out: All students must be picked up no later than 5:30 pm or late fee
will be applied! If a child is consistently picked-up after 5:30 pm, the child may be dismissed from the
program. If students are picked up before 5:00 pm, a parent or guardian will sign-out the child in the
student services after school staff. Only adults listed on the registration form may “sign-out” students.
An ID will be required. 

If changes are made to the pick-up list, please notify the director via email. Students are released to the parent pick-up area or the bus loop at 5:10 pm. 

After School - After Care Transportation: Activity buses are available Monday thru Thursday for students registered in after care. Activity buses are not provided on Fridays. Depending on where you live, students will ride either the Central or North bus. The North bus also drops off students at the Tri-Rail Station (P639) - See Tri-Rail tab under Students & Parents for additional information. Both buses leave Bak at 5:15 pm and drop students off at specified locations.  Click here to review bus drop off locations and times: SY27 Central and North Activity Schedule. It is the parents responsibility to review the activity bus schedule and ensure their child knows what stop to get off on as well as how they will get home from the drop off location.  Students are expected to follow and adhere to school/district rules and expectations at all times while on the activity bus

Medical Needs/Treatments: Refer to the HealthRoom/Medication section in the For Your Information - Student & Parent Handbook if your child has medical/medication needs/medical condition.

How to Register for the Morning and/or After-School Program

Parents can register for Bak's Curtain Calls Morning and After-School program through Eleyo. Eleyo is an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly technology for online registration, account management, and payments. 

Account owners will use their online Eleyo account to:

1. Register, pay for, and manage accounts on any device
2. View and print invoices, receipts, and annual tax statements
3. Manage and request schedule changes
4. Pay for programs using secure and convenient digital payment methods

There is a $35 registration fee. Fees are waived if Free/reduced lunch eligibility form is submitted with the registration. Account owners will use their online Eleyo account to: 1. Register, pay for, and manage accounts on any device 2. View and print invoices, receipts, and annual tax statements Parents MUST register their child(ren) through Eleyo. Please contact Curtain Calls Director, David Cantor, for additional questions. 

** If the parents have a credit balance or owe money from the previous school year, the balances will post on the new system after the family establishes their account and registers their child for After-School Programs. The student data will take time to process and verify before the account credit or balance due posts to the new account.
